Aspen partnered with TRUE Initiative and Amazon Web Services to put on a special event in Honolulu that showcased how Hawaiian business can improve the customer experience through contact center modernization on Amazon Connect.

Aspen operating partner and president, Will McCain, demonstrated several features to prove just how powerful Amazon Connect can be for greatly improving customer experience. AWS sales leader, Randy Woo, pulled back the curtain to show the audience the engine that powers Connect.

At the heart of the event was advanced TRUE's mission of accelerating the adoption of new technologies by businesses in Hawaii, which will result in Hawaii’s economy becoming more diversified and sustainable, providing a higher standard of living for all in Hawaii. By extension, better paying and more rewarding opportunities will be available to young tech talent on the island, giving them the option to build their career and life at home on the islands as opposed to going to the mainland for better opportunities.
